At Primo Kava, we work to process and ship orders quickly and reliably throughout the United States.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will generally be processed on the following business day.
Standard processing time is approximately 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free U.S. Shipping
All domestic orders qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–8 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Delivery Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- carrier disruptions,
- severe weather,
- holidays,
- customs or transportation interruptions,
- or other unforeseen events.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders generally follow the same processing timelines as retail orders unless otherwise communicated.
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery schedules for wholesale purchases may vary depending on order size, destination, and freight requirements.
