Customers have up to 15 days from product delivery to engage our refund process.

In cases where customer or retailer purchase multiple units of the same product, only one unit of each product can be refunded without a product return. Returned product: NO OPENED PRODUCT.

Products that are damaged in shipping from Primo Kava LLC to destination must be returned, using thesame shipping method, for a full refund that includes shipping.
