Customers have up to 15 days from product delivery to engage our refund process.
Proof of purchase is necessary.
Refunds can be a store credit or refund original payment.
All products have a 100% money back guarantee.
Single unit purchases need not return the unused portion of the unit.
In cases where customer or retailer purchase multiple units of the same product, only one unit of each product can be refunded without a product return. Returned product: NO OPENED PRODUCT.
All remaining units of the purchase must be returned using the same shipping method, for a refund

on those unopened and undamaged products.
Products that are damaged in shipping from Primo Kava LLC to destination must be returned, using the

same shipping method, for a full refund that includes shipping.
All refunds will take place after the above stipulations have been met.
